Researchers from different scientific communities came together at CNR-ICCOM in Pisa, Italy, for a few days of collaboration and training, strengthening connections between the CHIRALNANOMAT Doctoral Network and the COSY COST Action (CA21101).

During the visit, Ernesto García Alfonso joined colleagues at CNR-ICCOM for a short research and training stay funded through a Short-Term Scientific Mission (STSM) supported by the COSY COST Action. The exchange provided an opportunity to share expertise, discuss ongoing research, and explore potential connections between complementary research activities.

The visit brought together Ernesto with our DCs Anandu Muralidharan, Andreas Bischoff and Arathi Das, as well as Alessandro Fortunelli and other members of the CNR-ICCOM research community.

The exchange highlights the value of the wider scientific connections surrounding the network. By bringing together researchers from different projects, institutions, and research communities, these collaborations can create opportunities for knowledge exchange and open new avenues for scientific interaction.

CHIRALNANOMAT is committed to fostering an open and collaborative research environment, connecting expertise across institutions and disciplines and strengthening links with the broader European research community.
